Denise Dumont is an American Impressionist painter drawn to the coastal landscapes and cityscapes of the Atlantic region. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Parsons School of Design and studied further at the School of Visual Arts.
Born in New York, Dumont spent her childhood on Long Island and adult years in New York City where she lived until 2004. She currently resides in Delaware, at home near the coast on the Delmarva Peninsula.
Ms. Dumont’s paintings are held in public and private collections in the United States and abroad. She exhibits regularly and is represented by McBride Gallery in Annapolis, Maryland.
